Do you suppose there are ever any negative comments? Of course
there are. Fortunately, they are rare. We stock thousands of
species in temperature controlled environments to assure quality
seeds but sometimes we have to wait a few extra days to obtain
the freshest possible seeds before shipping orders. Sometimes
we must back-order a portion of an order. Sometimes mail is a
bit slow but service seems to be improving all over the world.
We have mailed to more than 50 nations with very few problems.
There are occasional difficulties with customers ordering online.
No business runs without occasional problems. We correct such
problems as rapidly as possible and will do what ever it takes
to see that customers get their orders as fast as possible but
sending seeds that will germinate is our number one priority.
